Upper Rhine 4.0 – Image film

Upper Rhine 4.0 is a competence network between service providers, universities, creative professionals and companies from Germany, France and Switzerland. The network’s 29 partners support each other in the form of digital innovations, thereby increasing the productivity of the network while focusing on financial sustainability and resource conservation. The digital transformation brought about by Industry 4.0 results in increasingly digitized and decentralized processes that are automated and executed in real time.

The team of KOPF MEDIA created an image film for Upper Rhine 4.0, which explains the cross-border project in an informative way and provides some insights into the versatile possibilities of this alliance. In addition to classic filming and interviews at locations in Germany, France and Switzerland, animations and visual effects were used to make the complex issues easier to visualize. To support the visual storytelling, professional drone footage was used in addition to the RED Helium 8k video camera.
