Richter Aluminium is a medium-sized company from Schutterwald, Germany, which specializes in the production of aluminum profiles.

KOPF MEDIA was commissioned by Richter Aluminum to design and produce six films on internal company apprenticeships in order to attract new potential applicants for apprenticeships. The training films, each just under one minute long, show interested parties briefly and concisely what is important in the respective occupational field on the basis of typical tasks in the respective area of work. The training films were recorded with a RED Helium 8k cinema camera. The modern visual language of the short films was supported by animated text elements and driving, rocking music with matching sound effects.
